As President Obama visited  New Delhi, I'm sure he hoped for warm and enticing greetings, but got just the opposite. Activists and survivors of the Bhopal gas disasters sat and protest. The 1984 leak from a Union Carbide pesticide plant killed about 15,000 people and sickened some 500,000.
