In Manila , Journalism students gather to remember the lives of 57 people , 30 of whom were killed in a massacre in Maguindanao province. Relatives and friends of the victims of the country's worst political massacre made emotional appeals for justice and marked the 1 st anniversary of the killings. So many people take journalism to be very easy and fun , but there is a lot that journalism entails and throughout this class, JRN 201 I have learned that journalism and journalists should be taken very seriously and that I will never forget!

Shande Cartwright went out with her ex- boyfriend Douglas Pratt this past Monday evening and what was reported as an attack on them both later showed up as an attack on her by her ex- boyfriend who tried to convince the police otherwise. It's unfortunate that her life ended this way and by someone who should have shown love to her.

Senior Justice Anita Allen has now laid this title down , and on her last day on the job she laid down the death sentence to the murderer of police officer Ramos Williams. She is said to be a strict keeper of the law and feared by many who choose to live lawless. As she moves up the ranks in her judicial career she has many new objectives for the legal system that she hopes will curb this crime problem that is sadly very prevalent in this country.
