'If I could only mop this disaster away'

In Tlacotalpan, Mexico a young boy tries to decrease the water levels in his home with a mop, which doesn't seem to help much, because of the very high levels of water. It was documented that some 25 people have died since the end of August because of the heavy rains and flooding. It has also affected some 1 million people in South and Eastern Mexico.
